Lesson Alignment

• Helps create and maintain three year scope with SM Pastor

• Research Scripture for PWG lessons and helps align PWG lessons to age

• Helps further develop questions for Root Groups

• Help Pastor create curriculum from books, materials, or Scripture.

• Helps volunteers and students use their gifts

• Serve in Student Ministry at least two Wednesdays and two Sundays a month

• Attend Church on Sundays

• Help plan one retreat a year

• 10 hours a week

Worship

• Help set-up worship on Wednesday/Sunday on Grow lessons (1 or 2 times a month Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights)

• Leads worship on Grow lessons

• Train student praise team (7th-12th) and lead team practice twice a month

• Helps volunteers and students use their gifts

• Serve in Student Ministry at least two Wednesdays and two Sundays a month

• Attend Church on Sundays

• Help plan one retreat a year

• 10 hours a week

Creative

• Helps add different learning styles to PWG lessons and set the activities up

• Research decor and props for PWG lessons

• Send information to social media team

• Take pictures during Student events and lessons

• Helps volunteers and students use their gifts

• Serve in Student Ministry at least two Wednesdays and two Sundays a month

• Attend Church on Sundays

• Help plan one retreat a year

• 10 hours a week

Family Academy

• Help develop spiritual gifts and leadership skills of the PreK- 4 th grade.

• Teach families how to design and instruct games according to our PWG lesson

• Encourage memorization of scriptures

• Help younger students and parents learn to describe bible stories by “Show N Tell” style.

• Assist worship lead while they train younger students the basics of music

• Practice different styles of prayer with students and build confidence in their prayer life. Empower Parents with these styles

• Attend Church on Sundays

• Serve in Student Ministries two Sundays a month

• Facilitate Family Academy on Wednesdays

• 10 hours a week during school year
